Simon Brown
There are often suggestions over which files are needed to delete a certain effect - and thus I am suggesting a feature which will, in my opinion, greatly make this process easier. I am suggesting a tooltip for each effect menu item showing the filename and number of effects contained within the file (possibly listing them) - this would simplify the process of uncluttering the effects menu with plugins you do not need
bEPIK
This is a good idea but it would work much better if all plugin makers separated there effects into different DLLs. Otherwise people might want to keep an plugin that uses the same dll as a plugin they don't want to use. oma
absolutely second third and fourth that idea, its what I've been requesting for ages, I'd like to be able to decide what dlls I keep and which I don't. They can be zipped all together in packs if the plug in writer wants but at least give me the ability to delete the ones I'm not ever likely to use. Leif
I agrea. I try to avoid that the Effects menu or submenu has to scroll. So please make separate dll’s. And the tool tips would bee great.
