Changed the theme from 'Diablo' to 'Infernal', I hope this'll make the comp a bit easier (read: wider).

Hmmm... Maybe indeed make the theme a bit wider, nice proposal EER! I'll change the theme to: 'infernal'. Because I think that's the best option to go with while sticking to the theme.

Hmmm... Although I like the saying 'You don't know until you've tried,' but if it's necessary, I will... I'd think it's a real pity, because I thinks it's a challenging comp for most of the guys here. I'd say we wait some time to see if people even dare to try

I do not think this theme is too hard. It's just really different then most of the themes we've had. Rather than just saying what you should make or in what category you should look, it's a very specific thing, which leaves you in a pretty narrow area in which you can do loads of cool stuff. When you search for 'Diablo signature' in Google Images you'll get a whole list of pretty good inspiration. For example in my head this theme just screams: 'Render sig!' or 'Do something cool with the logo in a typograpical manner!'.

Well... Just go to some site with lots of quotes on it (https://www.goodreads.com/quotes), browse a bit or think of a specific person you find inspiring and start from there. That's basically what I would do.

Any sig that looks 3D is fine, you could even make a red-cyan sig or something But there are loads of tutorials that let you make a 3D-ish effect!

Sorry, I've been away again, my grandpa is in the hospital and I've been rather busy with all sorts of things... It'd be great if Drew also makes the poll for SOTW#113.

I don't see the problem, as I've stated in the discussion topic. Nitenurse - Don't like the colours, but the fore- and background work together pretty well. It's the red on the top of the 'i' and 't' that puts me off most, because it's on a green/blue background. Nai - Nice idea and composition, but it just doesn't turn out well IMO. The focal is where it should be, although I'm a bit too much distracted by the deep colours on the right in contrast with the black and white and colours with much less saturation on the left. Furthermore I don't like the black border around MH17, it makes it feel like it isn't really part of the composition, although it's the 2nd most important word in the sig. It's a pity you made 'for' bright red and 'justice' and 'MH17' black/white, because that makes you look at the 'for' first, which obviously is just a word to glue 'justice' and 'MH17' together. Also the blur around the fist could be a bit smoother. Furthermore, the text in the bottom left isn't readable, so it's a bit unnecessary. So my point goes to NN ^^ Nitenurse - 2 Nai - 0
