Yes I tried that already! I downloaded the splatter effect and its cs file! i downloaded from the link posted on the forum! it was pyrochild splatter v1.1

Okay so i went to the site for the plugin download...downloaded it, exracted it, and sent it to effects! but its not showing on paint! what went wrong or how can i fix it?! plz help asap! :x

I have a picture with a person on it, anyway what i am wanting to do is erase the background and put a solid color behind the person how can i do that?!

this is pretty much it but i wanna make it more...idk....like maybe have a light coming out from the I in light going towards over the house end..but dont now how I would go about it! even maybe add some like design around it?! any ideas or let me know how i can get the light as i described?! Like something i would make for a t-shirt! Thank You!
