im sorry, but i think makeing orbs by hand is kinda better cuz its fun. makeing a plug in for everything defeats the purpose of tools like the pencil and stuff. kool nonethless though.

i didnt know there was an orb maker plug in. nad i realy dont want it honestly. i like makeing orbs by hand becuase there my favorite.... i like the glossy look to objects .

thx. i messed up the stem gloss though.... i couldnt figure a good position for it. i think im gongi to make a few more random stuff, then work on fixing it..... now i think.... ill make the name of my favorite hat company.

i made this for no reason, however i know there a lot of things that needs correction. please point them out and then TELL me how to fix it. and i cant quiet configure the quality so it doesnt have jaggys. thanks.

two things, one i dont like people playing with my pics, even if your not realy. two, i have no intention of correction anything other then jaggys, which is what im working on. 1) its supposed to be simple. VERY simple. hence white background. its a graphics picture, not a scenery picture. 2) text is suposed to be like that. thats my style, and im not changeing it. 3) what detail? its supposed to be a graphic. graphics are usually very simple. examples -helio symbol, apple symbol, glass buttons, microsoft symbol. see? i make graphics, not portaits, so when i create a picture with not a lot of detail, its SUPPOSED to be like that. and you spelled detail wrong Okay Ill help you out. However, if your tutorial is really lame, don't be offended when we say as much (By the way, the moderators will generally and almost always follow this rule, but are not required to if circumstance warrants it -- which is at their own discretion.) lol, youve started a fight with ME. on this, and in the music thing. im not fighting, and im not describing it. go to that one music section thingy, and my description is there. if you want to keep argueing aobut nothing fine. think what you want.

heres a picture i made with only the paint.net's toothbrush, but with the main colour inverted. other the that, i made the rest of the picture, including the shdowing, rotation, everything. i just didnt realy "make" the brush.

You need to lose the jaggies. Try using :AntiAliasingOn: Another thing I see your signature is in .GIF format. Do my sig tut that will get you started. :wink: Aside from that I think you may do a cool variation on it. As far as glass goes there are several ways to go about doing that. may i ask jsut exactly how you made that.... huge mangled ball of flesh???

thanks a lot guys, now i can make glossy stuff a lot bette. i wsa able to fix my raggedy old avatar and now i can make all the glassy tacky multi colored orbs i want.

(tell me if i did something wrong, as i stiall am prety knew, and yes, now ill start on the one you mentiond) and heres the one with yours, bolt bait, which is actually exactly what i was lookin for!! thanks a bunch. but if anyone has a idea on how to make better spheres, like with the color shadeing on the top and bottom, that also would be apreciated. thanks a bundle.

ok, well i jsut finished my signature, i used a technique i kinda taught myself... ill imply both of your strategys and post my work in the shape of orbs. if you guessed the colors would be red and black, your a genious. oh, and thanks you a lot for helping. i guess you could call me a...nub. (yes, that was a dry joke refering to the paint.net nubs)

this doesnt souind to much like a paint.net question, more of a.... printer question. i would try double printing. kind of like when you take out a piece of paper from the printer that you printed on, flipping it over, and printing the rest. has far has i know, i dont THINK (dont qoute me i could be wrong) that paint.net has any way of realy... doing that. no programs or plugins for that.

hi, im new to this forum, i jsut joined today, and ive only been usieng paint.net for about a month. i mod games which is why i orignally downloaded it, and i came to find out individually, its pretty nice. ive already downloaded quiet a few plug ins and stuff. what i need help with, as you can tell by my avatar is the glossy/glassy feel . (that sounded dirty . because i cant quit get it right. i cna get it to look all around one color, but i cant quiet make it more white on top and slowly fade downwards. id post some of my pictures to show you guys what they look like so far, but someone's gotta please tell me how to do that. i know how to put a url though. so if someone can put a mini tut, that would help a lot, and if someone can also tell me what exactly the emboss effect does, id appreciate it.
