  5. @ sara23rae You are welcome! =D I'll gonna upgrade my tut later on how to put things in the orb and the reflections and stuff...,don't worry! =) quoted for truth --> Thx SO much! =))
  6. I'll try! In Step 8.1 u have the colored circle on "Layer 2" and u have the metallic circlet on "Layer 3". Now u should erase the middle part of "Layer 2" in such a way that the edges of the circlet on "Layer 3" aren't surrounded by the colored circle anymore...hmm... difficult of explanation. :?
  7. Had to create a cd-cover with some sort of lyrics for a friend whose friend has birthday next week. ^^' (the picture is that kind of colorful cuz my printer sucks. >.<) front: back the picture frame isn't 100% pdn...i was lazy :oops: @ cjmcguinness really cool!
  8. wouh...the last pages are overflowed by really great pictures!! O.o love all x)
  9. haha, i just was in Stuttgart last week! x) (a school trip to the "Landestag") well...it's a small world! As u grew up in Germany, kannst du noch ein wenig deutsch sprechen? =D
  10. Really nice result! =) Keep it up!
  11. BW = Baden-Württemberg more precise -> Heroldstatt x)
  12. Ouh! I'm awfully sorry Desktop_Bob, diva42 and stefTACULAR! I forgot to mention that u have to use the right mouse button in Step 8.6! Of course, switching the Primary and Secondary Color don't make any difference in the Transparency Mode...so u have to use the right mouse button for the gradient...sry again. added in the tut...thx
  13. [img=http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o126/callingkitties/howlatthemoon2.png] ->
  14. @ Nicke professedly, it's not the easiest tut, eventhough i tried to reproduce what i did very detailed. Just keep on tryin'! Besides...i guess their are a lot of users, which are bored from simple text-tuts etc, just because they have pdn quite a long time and are very high skilled =D (nothin' against simpel text tuts ;P ) so a little more challenging tutorial doesn't hurt, don't you think?! =) @ diva42 yeah...keep it up! =D ps. latest work: x)
  15. hehe...don't mention it. thx
  16. lol, really cool Ash!! edit whaaaaaaat?! O.O as i just read in the Shape3D-Thread, this is 100% pdn??! O.O daaaamn...i thought u just took a real pumpkin and added some eyes etc x) that's just amazing!! ps. <- new ava ^.^
  17. I've no idea ^^' ...anyway...i quickly uploaded all (51! -.-) images to photobucket and edited my tut. Enjoy!
  18. The background is filled white by default, so you don't have to fill it with white. Certainly...i doesn't hurt, in fact, it won't make any difference. =D Attention! Don't mixe up the Ellipse Select-Tool and the Ellipse-Tool! If u take the Ellipse-Tool (!) u should be able to set the drawing mode to :ShapeInterior: Draw Filled Shape. (Take a look -> click ) If u use the Ellipse Select-Tool and fill the color with black, u don't get those smoothed edges. I guess u didn't deselect the selection...in this case only the colors of the black circle invert...to white like the background. Hope i could help! =) Keep on trying! @ palomares05 Given the fact that u have PdN just for about two days u did a very good job!! =) @ ethomps Thx! =)
  19. You are welcome! =D hehe...I quite believe that! Thanks! ps. The "metallic circlet" of your orb is great! o.O
