I noticed with the Line/Curves tool that you can hold down the Shift button and make a straight line with it. Is it possible to make it that you can use the shift button to make a straight gradient instead of having to look at the positioning in order to make it straight?

Making the circular droplets would be extremely hard to do. There's probably a very slim chance someone will find a way to do that effect.

@vista: I like what you did with that animated image, but I think the images in it could have been better and if your trying to get people to use PdN than you should use some good looking images and a good effect with the fonts.

If you update the animated rain tutorial to (for instance) animated rain/snow tutorial, that should be sticky by itself! :wink: I would, but I really haven't gotten the snow effect to a good enough level to put it in the topic.

What do you guys think of the new avatar and siggy? It was inspired by TheVoid. I might add my signature "D" for DarkShock in the sig and avatar later.

I didn't know what blending mode I should set the snow layer to so I picked Color Burn (or was it Dodge?). It's good for my first snow effect though.

I don't know how great of a snow effect this is, but what do you think of this:

I might try out the snow animation later to see if I could pull it off.
