*dun dun dun duuuun*
Nah, it's alright. I just wish that someone could have told me about it.
-
Bowzas! When did this happen? Someone could have at least alerted me...

Hello, maueey. If you used the standard installation, your effects folder will be located at C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects. If you installed it in a different place and can't remember where, a search should reveal its location. If none of this works, I'm sorry, I cannot help you, other than advise you to reinstall.
Good luck.

First, I shall say that I have had nothing to do with the creation, maintenance, updating, etc. of Paint.NET. But on that note, all the same, on behalf of Rick, Tom, plugin makers, and all, you're welcome! Glad you like it, and that it is serving you very well!

You could have voted for both...
-
Run for the hills!
-
@iKid: nope.

*sighs in utter contentment remembering bb00 capsule*
You know, In-My-Honest-Opinion, your "Time Capsule" is the best and most beautiful signature ever made with PDN. No joke.

Competition #8 is in progress!

What would you like to be MSC #8's theme to be? Vote above!
Poll will close in six days, so get your votes in!
Edit: Tiebreaker!

The black lambs are great.

Let the voting commence!
A big thank you to all who entered. Good luck!

Wow, Dan. 28 hours? You're more dedicated than I!
It's fine, we all understand. I started one myself, but last night came to the same realization. The thing about this competition was, that the PDN forum has just so much to it! (Time stamps and user information and...)
@-Expiration-: I would edit into your post that you used a few images from the forum...
-
Only a couple of hours left now...
-
I doubt that images created by other graphics applications will be posted in any noticeable amount, if at all.
I also think that there is no reliable way of checking whether PDN was used for an image's complete creation (unless it is obvious - e.g. an effect or tool that PDN doesn't have is quite noticeable in the suspected picture); one must simply be trusting.

This is a great idea! I do have a suggestion to add of course:
What if the Galleria Discussion thread and the Image Hospital were announcements also? My thought is that this would be less confusing than mixing them up with the Image Umbrellas. It would be like so:
------------------------------------------------- [a][l] Pictorium Guidlines [a][l] Galleria [a] Galleria Discussion [a] Image Hospital ------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- [s] Realism [s] Surealism [s] Abstract [s] Image Modification/Manipulation ( <- Another suggestion - add manipulation) [s] Interfaces [s] Desktop Art [s] Signatures and Avatars ( Individual user art threads go here ) -------------------------------------------------
Also, I agree that the individual user art threads should be limited to one per user.

The top one is great!
The bottom one is a little ironic, because it is slightly hard to focus on the text.
Or maybe that's the point.

It doesn't only happen with images recently flattened; any image I save as an OptiPNG is void.
Am I the only one experiencing this?
-
I'm still having the same error as before. An empty file.
-
Good luck!
Edit: I'll see if I can enter this one. I have nothing yet, but I'm sure I can whip something up.
It's an enticing idea for a SOTW, open to lots of interpretation!

Aaaah! Papyrus!!
-
Wow, uh! Is that 100% Paint.NET goodness? :o
Edit: read the dA page on it. It appears that it is! Congratulations!
