Exciting! Rick...you weren't kidding when you wrote on your blog about getting these betas out quick...

Madjik...holy carp...
Wrong thread?
I just wanted to say that I'm insanely jealous of Madjik's entry. That is all.

Basicly if you wish to edit a photograph of someone's portrait you want to Exagerate the photo's colors making reds more red Greens more bright and skin tones most realistic.
Increase the saturation to make colors more...er...colorific.

Madjik...holy carp...

And it happens on Multi-Core processors only.Just run Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and set Paint .NET process to be executed on one core only.
Or you could write your code correctly and not force everyone to screw up their Paint.NET performance for the sake of your plugins.
Little harsh...? :?
I think what we're all trying to say Asmageddon, is that your plugins are useful and appreciated, but incomplete. Keep plugging (ooh bad pun) along, ask for help if you need it, and they can really be dynamite. Thanks for taking the time to develop all of these, but keep going! You're almost there!

Unfortunately, blurry photos are next to impossible to fix, even with professional photo-editing pictures. If you post the picture here, perhaps someone with experience can try and help you? :?

Very good.

All Hail Verndewd! The King of all things Shiny!
Nice job man.

does anyone ever notice whenever i post anything?
What? Who said something?! *glances all around*
Just kidding man. Nice cube!

That looks really good. You should write a tutorial with the exact steps for any newbs who don't fully understand that screenshot.
Anyway, nice effect!
Yeah please do a tutorial, that's a really cool text.
Yes plz.
-
EDIT: You could at least comment on the graphic.
Looks familiar...that wasn't by any chance inspired by the picture I posted last week where I sharpened a whole bunch? I just need to know...to see if I should have a big head or not.

Teh Internets strike again!

It's probably already been said but this would be great for peoples tutorials such as the Fire effect. As well as writing the tutorial they could include a script for running through ScriptLab to achieve the effect. I mean you wont learn by using a script but it's an idea.
That was actually the first thing I tried to attempt with this plugin...hopefully we'll have access to layers soon!

When you go to File -> Save, specify "gif" in the save dialog that pops up.
-
Layer -> Import from file? :?

I upgraded to 3.20 but I don't have the surface blur anymore. What happened?
File -> View Plugin Load Errors...
I can't find it.
Try the effects menu. Try any menu...
-
Yeah...I get it, no worries. I just wanted to make sure that he (she?) knew that there was supposed to be a difference between the two, even if 3.20a bugs it up.

Ash, awesome tutorial as always. The only thing is that I would echo Bob's sentiment that I prefer text. :?
Madjik...great fireworks!

I think i found a bug
i read already that sepia is doing the effect black and white, but when i tried to undo sepia (black and white) half of it was back to normal, but the other half was then sepia, if you undo again then it completely is back to normal
Whoa whoa there...sepia is not black & white (grayscale).
-
Off the top of my head I'd say it's cause you're sharpening too much...some really random things can happen when you do that....
-
Very...colorful.

"Holidays" is too broad imho. We'll end up with some 4th of July (american yo) and boxing day (canada eh) sigs instead of Christmas-y stuff (um...werd).
