Use the "pick color" tool in the tool box, than click "MORE" in your color box...

Yes, please find a COREL DRAW forum, and take your questions about that program there, but any questions you have about paint.net, we will gladly awenser your questions...

1. use magic wand tool to select whole image... 2. Use the "move selected pixles" tool, (top right of tool box) and you will see 8 dots appear around your image 3. Use these "dots" to drag the image to a certian size... ORRRRR Open your image in paint.net, and resize the image to what ever you want, deselect "Maintain Aspect Ratio" to have full control over what size you want it... Hope i helped!

thats a cool idea, never evan crossed my mind to do someting like that...

do you want to enter it in the competition?

try to just draw a bunch of colors all over the placee (scribble) and garrisun blur it at say... 40 px. expirememnt with the px's tho...

he used layers.... and garrison blurred the bottom layer, or maby its a glow and a blur, not sure...

@sten I use gamemaker,i just started, but i'am dieing to got rpgmaker but dont you have to pay? the one i had was only a 30 free trial
