Here's another possibility.
Erase the New Layer. Ctrl A > Delete
Place a layer filled with your pattern below your background line drawing image.
Clone Stamp from the pattern layer into the layer above the background line drawing layer.
Reset you color to full opacity first.

I have installed everything and also don't get an .apng Save option.
Post the question in the plugin's thread for a quicker response.

Thanks. 🙂

New: Holding Ctrl while using the Color Picker tool will sample from the merged image (vs. just the current layer)
Nice!

I'm interested in understanding why this is valuable/important.

Another way to make the lines is with the Line / Curve tool set to Dotted Line Style.
The Brush width will set the thickness of your lines.
Draw a vertical line at the left edge of the canvas.Make a vertical Rectangular selection of the square dots and
drag the selection edge horizontally to fill the canvas with lines.
(Use the Move Selected Pixels tool.)After that:

2. Make a new layer and, with the selection still active, fill the area with a color via the bucket tool
3. Continue as you fill each line.

Yes, that was it.
Well, if I don't make at least one dumb mistake a day,
I have to stop to check whether I still have a pulse. 😄

A duplicate Layer 6 doesn't show visible in pdn.
Can copy layer into new file, it's visible.
Visible in Layers window thumbnail.
Open and close pdn, no change.

Are you using the plugin from this page?

If the video shows what you want to do, this is another option:
Make a rectangular selection, run the Radius Corners plugin effect, invert selection. Ctrl iPress Delete.
(This is not the process shown in the video, but gives the same result.)

I had assumed that you were working on corner-rounding a rectangular object on its own layer.
If so, you could copy/paste into a new image, crop to eliminate the surrounding alpha, round corners,
then copy/paste back to the original project.
If you are not working on corner-rounding a rectangular object on its own layer, please clarify.
===========================================I installed the plugin.
It does respect a selection. So, select the object, run the effect.
That is, if you are working on corner-rounding a rectangular object on its own layer.

So, could you copy/paste what you want to round into a new image, round it, and return it to the original project?

In the meantime, take a screenshot of the Open Recent menu while the thumbnails are still there.
You can harvest the thumbnail images from the screenshot if you can't access the thumbnail cache.

For Rectangular selection, use the drop-down to change Normal to Fixed Size.

Thank you for that.
As with many things in life, it's really simple once you know how to do it. -

One possibility is to make text boxes as image on layers above the postcard background image.
On layers above those use the Text tool to enter the info by hand.
(Or copy/paste from a text file.)
Save as .pdn so you can reuse the file.

Here's what I came up with:
Pencil Sketch at default.
Gaussian Blur, radius 1.Duplicate layer.
Set top layer to Multiply blend mode.
Duplicate that layer.Image > Flatten
Brightness / Contrast
Brightness 10
Contrast 10Duplicate layer.
Set top layer to Multiply blend mode.Merge layers.
Skew and resize perspective option

This will also do what you want.
