Unfortunately, the last time I downloaded it, I received malware and some very invasive browser toolbar addons (much worse than malware). After several hours trying to remove them, I had to uninstall Windows and reinstall, losing Paint.net in the process. Is the download from the official page fully checked and guaranteed safe?
