Drop Shadow plugin not working in Paint.NET v3.30

Today i updated my version of Paint.NET to v3.30 from v3.22. The drop shadow plugin worked fine in v3.22, but now it isn't working and here is a screenshot of what comes up:

Error Details as follows:
