Adam Kuan
So I am trying to make something for a game, but the size has to be 728 x 90. No more, no less. I am trying to fit picture that is 710 x 400 into it. I can fit it in, but it is all squished and hard to see. Is there anyway I can make it look like it was in it's original size but a lot smaller? Ishi
The best thing I can think is you can crop it but its height will be severely reduced. You might have to do manual edit of the picture's contents to try to move them so they will be included in the area that will be retained after cropping.
BoltBait
Depending on the picture, Seam Carving may work for you. http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/34047- But, please understand, with such a drastic reduction in size, you're going to have to make trade-offs. 2 Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Computer Dominos Game
