Pippo Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Hi, is it possible to use the code or the Paint.Net API in a web environment? Tks, Filippo. Quote
david.atwell Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 There was a discussion about this a while back: realistically, it's WAY too big. It would require the (quite large) .NET framework, as well as the (also big) PaintDotNet.EXE code itself. It would require a lot of reworking, and would probably still be too large to be practical. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
barkbark00 Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Is there a way to limit the .NET portion to just what is used? Quote Take responsibility for your own intelligence. 😉 -Rick Brewster
Rick Brewster Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Paint.NET was not designed to be used in this way. You're pretty much on your own for this. Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
