satanuus
I don't understand...I just noticed a file (notepad file) named "pdncrash"...I opened it, and this is what came up: This text file was created because Paint.NET crashed. pyrochild
Just looks like Windows got itself confused. Who knows.... I'm pretty sure this one's not a PdN issue, but I've been known to be wrong. Let us know if it reoccurs. ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it!
satanuus
Thanks pyro. It hasn't happened again yet...and my computer is running fine again, so I'll just ignore it. I talked to my dad (who loves PdN, actually he was the one that told me to get it) and he said it's fine, it just crashed (like my Windows Vista always used to do ) ^Click for my forum! david.atwell
A note: pdncrash.log is not a cause of any problem, but rather a symptom. You can delete it if you want to, but if it happens again, please post it before doing so. It's reporting something that happened, not causing something bad to happen. Another note: Once you've notified us of your pdncrash.log contents, you'll want to delete it (or at least move it); next time Paint.NET crashes, it'll just append it to the end of that report, not create a new one. :-) If you delete it, it'll be easier to find. Ā The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

Myrddin
Necroposting galore. Hello valefor188. [rule=11]Three months is the limit[/rule] before the topic is classified as 'dead', it has been a little over five. If you would be so kind to repost your crash log as a new topic, rather than a post, somebody will be just around the corner to help you. Many thanks . Also, whilst your reposting, perhaps reviewing the Rules are in good order.
