"Traditional" comic images etc. Is PAINT.NET what he can use to accomplish this? They say "the pros use Photoshop" -- but $650? Is PAINT a sound alternative? I can understand (I think) how the drawing pad would help... but wouldn't you want or need that no matter what software you're using?
