SingleAction
I just bought a new Wide Screen LCD monitor with a native resolution of 1920x1200. Looking at Paint spec's, it calls for 1024x768. My question is, will this program display properly on this monitor without lowering the resolution?
Leif
Those are minimum requirements. Your monitor will be fine. I use 1280x1024 Quote My DA: http://leif-j.deviantart.com/ -------------- Some people seek justice so persistent, that they will do great injustice themselves. Rick Brewster
Heck, all of Paint.NET's development is done on a 1920x1200 24" LCD. HITMAN-X-
yup you can go as big as you want. Even do dual montiors if you want it will work. Paint.NET saids 1024x768 is only the minimum requirements. Really you can do smaller like 800x600 but some of the windows overlap. david.atwell
Looking at Paint spec's, it calls for 1024x768. This sounds nitpicky, but it's Paint.NET. I don't mean to be snarky, it's just that we're trying to separate ourselves from MS Paint. :-) As for the monitor, I've used PdN on a 1280x1024 monitor for quite a while. I find it a whole lot easier, and I can't believe I ever used 1024x768... :-) Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
