Need help going further

I am a neophyte but was trying out a variety of tutorials and plugins making a new signature and got this far and now am stuck:

My questions:

1. How can I add a picture and my signature (TsarNikolas2) in a really cool way?

BTW--here's it with a picture, but I am not good at removing backgrounds and would like to make it transparent or something to stand out:
