Kazooma Posted July 28, 2007 Share Posted July 28, 2007 When I outline a picture, so that I can copy and paste it onto another surface, I have a problem. I do the outlining on layer 2. Then when I go to highlight the picture with the magic wand it(still on layer 2) it only highlights the outline. There seems to be no way to highlight the picture within the outline, or the background outside. I can only highlight the outline. This has been happening for a while. oma Posted July 28, 2007 Share Posted July 28, 2007 make you outline on a transparent layer not on you photo click inside the middle of you outline not on the outline then move to layer you have you picture on.
