And for the star-like sparkles try this effect pack, install, draw a small white circle (or a paintbrush dot) then apply the effect which will be found under Effects > Blurs > Cross Blur. I suggest you familiarise yourself with the forum rules (paying attention to Rules 4 & Rule 13). You should change the title of your thread to something like "How do I add Glitter & Glow to a picture?". Also, adjust the size of your sig, as the maximum height in this forum is 150px.
