It's a case of trial and error but once you get the hang of it, it's great. Also try the Ed effects in the plugins section (it's sticky'd) there is a halftone plugin there but it isn't like the ones off the website you gave. Hope this answers your request. Is it the wrong tut, does it send your eyes dodgy if you look at it too long, is it that even when you tried to look for one you couldn't find it so it hurts that someone else has???
