Random Crash after .NET Framework Installation.

Out of nowhere, for the first time, pdn closed. I was just clicking the effects menu and it said I had an unhandled error and paint net must close.

I have just updated my .NET Framework to 3.0 for a new plugin. Otherwise I don't see why this happened.
