Yata Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 Start off by reading how to use basic tools In Paint Net go to Help and then Help Topics, browse through the tools and learn their uses. That image looks like a person took the Magic Wand, selected him, cut him out, and made a Drop Shadow all around him. This can be done by using the lasso or the magic wand to select the part of the image you want, copy and paste it into another background, vola.
