pen tool ?

hay, I'm new here and after checking out the program i couldn't find some tool that works the same as the pen tool in other programs.

i see the lasso tool but the pen is so much powerful.

did i miss it or its not here ?

What exactly are you trying to do that you can't do with the Pencil tool, the Brush tool, or the Eraser?

like i said i`m just getting the feel of the program.

lets say i want to outline a person and cut him out

in photoshop i would use the pen. in paint.net how can i do it ?
