text design need assistance from graphics design wiz!!

I need to get the exact effect, I think I will try Adobe illustrator see what cI come up with, don't see how I can get that effectt with Paint, thanks for the input

It can be easily done with paint.net. There is a new plugin for strething images that may be useful as well. Also, check the tutorial section thing things like this.
