Installing from that site involves a certain amount of risk of malware or viruses. The only safe website to download plugins from is this forum. I recommend going through the stickied topics in the plugin section, particularly the plugin packs. That should give you enough plugins to play with for a while. You can always come back for more if you need it. I wouldn't install every single plugin, though.
