or do you mean in the forums ?

or do you mean some thing like power point ?

you need to be more Specific .

also if you mean during viewing it in Paint.NET , then i don't think this is possible , as far as i know, Paint.NET is about rendering and drawing , it's not some sort of an image viewer ;) .

This should be what you want.

This is where you want to send them.

This is the actual name of the picture and where it is. The slash denotes public_html/ folder/images is typical.

Short version also - <a href="http://wheretogo.com/"></a>

Should do the trick. Add it into the images html before tag.
