Hi again

I downloaded Boltbaits latest plug-ins into Paint/Effects on my Program files but I can't get them to work. When I try to use one of these it first of all asks what application to use to open it so I say Paint and then I get an error message "This is not a valid bitmap file or its format is not currently supported". (And yes I did unzip them).

Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

To use the plugins, after installing in the Effects folder,

open Paint.NET and click on Effects in the top menu.

(Don't try to open the plugin .dll files themselves.)

If Paint.NET was open when you installed the plugin

files, close and re-open it.

Threshold would be found this way:

Effects > Color > Threshold

=====================================

Feather Object:

Effects > Object > Feather...

Please post all plugin installation problems in the Sticky'd Pinned thread in the Plugins forum:

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
