Mike Ryan Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 Use the ellipse tool with SHIFT held down and make sure you have Outline turned on ( :ShapeBoth: ). From there, choose the colors of the circles by selecting your Primary and Secondary color. The width setting will act like the difference in diameter between the two circles. I hope this helps! Run the Align Object effect on each layer to position the circles perfectly relative to each other. Merge the two layers.
