Sarkut
Tippitoe, Can you upload one of the files, as suggested here: Also, do you have the current version of Paint.NET installed (v3.5.2) ? Tippitoe
I have Paint.net V3.5.2. On desktop, photos are listed as Windows Live Mail under the Type heading. They were obtained via Email. Paint.net does not recognize them even when I move them into Library.
Rick Brewster
... listed as Windows Live Mail ... Then that's not an image. Open it with Windows Live Mail. Tippitoe
I can open the photographs, view them and print them, but I can't edit them with paint.net which does not recognize them.
Tippitoe
I solved the problem by having the person who emailed the photographs get them to me on a CD. They downloaded to paint.net easily. Paint.net does not recognize photos received via Email.
Rick Brewster
Yeah ... I'm sure that's the problem. Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
