Trouble opening and now wont install

Hi, i've been using paint.net for some time and it started to open and then bring up a popup saying an error about 3-4 days ago.

I've uninstalled it and now it wont let me install as it gets errors.

If anyone knows how to fix this or what it means please say!

This is the error I get when installing:

Go to Start, Run, then type %LOCALAPPDATA% and press Enter.

From the Explorer window, copy and paste the path to that directory and post it here.

From the Explorer window, copy and paste the path to that directory and post it here.

It's ok! I downloaded .net framework again and 'repaired' it. It seems to install fine and it's running at the moment so hopefully it wont be crashing any time soon.
