Brush Hardness

Recommended Posts

Okay so I have a lot of experience with Photoshop and am trying to learn Paint.net because a project I am going to be working on may require it. So with that in mind I have a quick question.

Does Paint.Net have a 'Hardness' feature for Brushes or something similar to it?

In photoshop you can adjust a brushes hardness so if it is 100% the brush is a flat circle and fills the entire area of the brush when you "paint". If however the hardness is set to 50% it will

a gradient decreasing in opacity as it gets farther out and being most intense in the middle. It basically feathers the sides of the brush so you can make really soft lines and stuff like that.

Well that's all I can think of right now and thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
