Raith
I have now, a year's experience with paint.net, and every time I use an image and past it on to my image, I try to feather the image, so the pixely lines around the image will soften, but every time I try it just shows white lines, which is not what the plug in was made for. Here are some pictures to explain my problem. Also when I use Gaussian blur plus, that makes it good, but its still very pixely. This has happened a lot. I want my picture to have smooth edges. and after:
david.atwell
This is not a bug. It won't work because the item that needs feathering isn't on its own layer. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
Raith
I tried it, I opened my marcus picture, feathered it, THEN pasted it on my background, no difference.
Benji2
What settings are you using?, and maybe try posting the stock image so we can attempt to show you how to do it/if possible.
Sozo
For that kind of stock, you'll want to check the 'true feather' option.
