Okay, so you make a curvy line, use the select tool, and lighten the selected portion, to create a shine but, the line I made is still there, am i doing it wrong?

I tried it, I opened my marcus picture, feathered it, THEN pasted it on my background, no difference.

I have now, a year's experience with paint.net, and every time I use an image and past it on to my image, I try to feather the image, so the pixely lines around the image will soften, but every time I try it just shows white lines, which is not what the plug in was made for. Here are some pictures to explain my problem. Also when I use Gaussian blur plus, that makes it good,but its still very pixely. This has happened a lot.
