johnathanamber
Hey everyone, Just an idea for a new feature... Since layers are used in Paint.net... I use this for layered buttons that I modify when I get a new airline to add to the menu system... What about adding an 'export' option under the 'file' menu? The idea is that if you have multiple layers but you want to save the current active layers as another image, the export option would flatten the iamge and save it as whatever extention you would like; jpg, gif, etc. but something else is that it wouldn't open newly 'saved' image, it would keep the current PDN/PSD open after the save. This would make it MUCH easier to push out a bunch of images that use the same or similar layout. Your thoughts? Crimson
After you save to whatever file you want, you can press Ctrl + Z to undo the Flatten. Then, you have your layers back and can work with them again. Quote Create A Professional-Looking Product Advertisment Mockup flickr | Deviant Art
