Blur of selected area with decreasing intensity

Hi,

on this image, you can easily see boundary of blurred area, because 1 pixel in is image fully blurred and 1 pixel out isn't image blurred at all. I need to add another circular area around blurred area, where blur effect will be decreasing while the distance from the centre will be increasing. How can I do that?

You could try this with the reverse option checked - if I'm understanding correctly what you're trying to achieve.
