Early version of windows 10

Hi

I have Win 10,  ver 1607. I don't seem to be able to update this.

Paint.net ver 5.11 requires 1809 or later.

I did find a previous version of Paint.net  but it still tries to  install ver5.11 which of course fails.

Is there a link to a version of Paint.net that I can install?

You need to update your OS. Windows 10 v1809 is 5 years old, there's no reason to not have it (or newer) installed at this point.

When Rick says your OS is 5 years old, he means you're missing 5 years of security patches.  It's dangerous to even surf the web with such an OS.
