JoDee
Since about two updates ago my files no longer show the correct format (jpg, png). All are shown as just paint.net kép (kép is picture in Hungarian). This makes it really difficult to find the correct file when I need to edit later as I usually save in pdn then png in case I mess up. Any ideas? I have attached a screenshot, which due to the other problem with keyboard commands no longer working I had to edit in paint. If paint.net is being stopped please let us know - don't just let it become unusable. Thanks for all advice.
BoltBait
This is not a Paint.NET thing. You simply need to configure file explorer to show file extensions. Check the ribbon in file explorer for that option. Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Computer Dominos Game
JoDee
Will look into it. Thanks. Have been using paint.net for years - so could be a stupid Windows 10 (how I hate it) update thing.

toe_head2001
You can also enable the column specifically for File Extensions. Quote (September 25th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts.
