A few suggestions: [*:14x9bqwy]When creating the "picture frame", draw a normal rectangle on a new layer, then use the Rotate/Zoom (Ctrl + Shift + Z) to change its perspective, then use the Magic Wand tool to select outside the rectangle and delete parts of the image you don't want. This creates a perspective-accurate picture. Same thing with the white border.[*:14x9bqwy]To remove the blue-purple outline around you, use the Feather plugin at about 3/3 settings and with "True Feather" checked.
