Dx_Raider Posted November 9, 2020 Share Posted November 9, 2020 I wish to create the effect on the picture joined to this topic (sorry to my bad english i'm french) I'm pretty sure it's possible to make it easily with several tools and manipulation on paint.net but all my attempts ended in failure.
