Removing all colour, keeping only black and white objects

I have a load of reciepts with black text on white paper. Red and blue pens have been used over the image.

 

Is it possible to basically nuke the red and blue, while keeping the black text and white background?

I've tried Kill Color keeper, and it doesn't do what I need.
