Like for instance, selecting the color red on the color palette and with the eraser tool and erase only that color from your image, leaving all others untouched. Edit: I fixed pacific to specific... Unless you mean peaceful and tranquil colors, or colors that make babies stop crying. But somehow, I doubt that. Ocean it is, then! You will need a very big eraser. Yes, I am in a particularly unhelpful mood today. You can thank my parents for that. I hope someone else can be of assistance.
