Access Denied copying to clipboard

When I try to copy an image to the clipboard, it keeps saying "Access Denied."

I can't even copy the error that's how bad it is.

It says? What is it, Paint.NET or Microsoft Windows?

There's probably another app that's holding a lock on the clipboard. Once you figure out which app that is, kill it. You can also just restart, although it may happen again if that other app continues to misbehave.
