how to decorate text

this is my first post in this forum.

although I know how to decorate background of an button, Image....etc but how to decorate a text written inside it?

suppose I want to create puffy texts. what should I do?

I have designed a advertisement, background is alright though however, I'm not satisfied with texts decoration.

if someone make it look more impressive I would really appreciate him.

please don't change size of texts.

oh...it might not be possible 'cause I'd merged all layers in a single one.

anyways....would u please make a separate one and decorate it?

Always make corrections/adjustements on a new layer, so you will not have that ugly effect of letters jaggy outlines showing off. Get a look here http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/en/index.html
