Redmist77 Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 (edited) Paint .net 4.0.21 requires dotnet 4.7.1 which is not supported in any OS older than Win 10 Anniversary. My organization runs Windows 10 b1511 and they have said that they won't be upgrading as that build is officially supported until 2025. Is there somewhere I can download an older version of paint.net that works in Win7/8/10? P.S. Another problem is that there is no graceful error message when installing 4.0.21 on older OSs. The latest version of paint.net still works on Windows 7 and 8.1.
