pleasehelp Posted May 6, 2018 Share Posted May 6, 2018 I am having issues installing paint.net Every time I try INSTALLING paint.net it bring up this little tab saying "The Following will be installed NET Framework 4.7.1 paint.net" I click ok and it installs but it does not bring up the rest of the installation.
