I tried installing Paint.Net and it downloads, Then I download the NET framework and restart my PC. After that Paint.Net is nowhere to be seen on my System. I get no Error messages nothing. Can someone please help me soon as possible I rely on Paint.Net for work. Thanks Steven
toe_head2001
Are you saying you successfully installed paint.net, but after a system reboot it is no longer installed? Quote My Gallery | My Plugin Pack Layman's Guide to CodeLab

I'm saying I installed the compressed installer then when it asked me to install the .NET framework and do the reboot it's not on my PC. Try running the standalone .NET framework installer instead. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344 Then run the paint.net install afterwards. Rick Brewster
You're on Windows .... 8.1? I think there's a bug in .NET where if you install .NET 4.6.x, it doesn't register itself correctly until you reboot. So then Paint.NET will still demand that it be installed. But if you reboot, things are fine.
