Bunnie Posted May 11, 2006 Share Posted May 11, 2006 I'm new here, and I'm just wondering if you can do something with Paint.NET that I have seen with many graphics. Let's say on a picture, you can make a rectangle box. I've seen pictures that have those and inside the box is white colored, but at the same time being transparent, so you can see the background image through.
