Multi-color Text

Is there any easy way or some plugin to create editable multi-color text?

 

I would like to crate the below kind of text in the images and there are multiple cases where I would need to create these text labels. This is the reason why I would like to know if there are any efficient way to create this kind of multi-color text/labels in Paint.net.

 

I found Editable Text and Text+ plugins but both of these plugins miss the multi-color function.

Yes, I totally agree that my question is quite detailed and maybe even a little out of the scope.

I use cooltext.com for all of my text related stuff. PDN is inferior in text related stuff.

I've been using PDN for years for many purposes and never had any problems.
