Selective Colouring

Actually, in partiality, Selective Coloring is already available, just not with in the same paradigm as that available to Photoshop or The GIMP. A great tutorial on this would be the Pleasantville Effect. Hope this helps!

Also, a little sidenote for you: your thread breaks The Rules. Thread titles are meant to be descriptive, so I recommend renaming this thread to something like Selective Coloring
